Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All ticket and membership purchases made through Night of Freedom Events are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans or personal circumstances
• Inability to attend due to illness, travel disruption, or scheduling conflicts
• Dissatisfaction with the event experience

Non-Transferable Tickets & Passes

Tickets and membership passes are non-transferable and may not be resold, gifted, or assigned to another individual. Any ticket or pass presented by someone other than the original purchaser may be denied entry.

Event Cancellation or Postponement by Night of Freedom Events

In the rare event that Night of Freedom Events cancels or postpones an event, ticket holders will receive a credit toward a future Night of Freedom Events experience of equal or greater value. Credits will be issued to the email address associated with the original purchase within 14 business days of the cancellation or postponement announcement.

Credits are non-cash and may not be redeemed for cash. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in conflict with this policy may result in permanent suspension of your account and denial of future event entry.
